How your order reaches your doorstep
Step 1
Order confirmed
Your payment is verified the moment you check out, and your order lands in your account with a confirmation you can copy.
Step 2
Packed within 1 business day
Orders are packed in plain, discreet packaging with no product names on the outside, then sealed and labelled for shipment.
Step 3
Handed to the carrier
Your parcel ships with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. A tracking number appears in your orders view as soon as it is scanned in.
Step 4
Delivered to your doorstep
The carrier delivers to the address at checkout. Follow the live tracking link from your account all the way to your door.
Delivery times
Every order is packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of payment clearing. Transit time from there:

Each order in your account shows a dated estimate — and the actual delivery date once it arrives. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Return policy
30-day window. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of the returned parcel passing inspection.
Opened products. For safety and purity reasons, products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or resold — but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it free of charge.
Lost or damaged in transit. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel never reached you, or it arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full.
How to start a return. Email aminoevo.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
